No air con in basement room but no issues with property highly recommend

The house was absolutely beautiful. So clean and spacious. The downstairs area was great to play pool and play darts and enjoy. Beautifully quiet area close to the strip, only 5 mins in an uber. The pool area was gorgeous and great for a dip when it got too hot. Andre was a fabulous host and was so helpful when we checked in and so accommodating.

Nothing! Everything was perfect.

We loved the Villa, it was well maintained, clean with a modern and homely feel. The Kitchen has all the amenities, including cleaning products for the dishwasher and washing machine. The living room was spacious with a smart TV. The Pool/garden area was lovely, with sun loungers. The was not too deep but it was cold for our stay in early April. The sun did hit the right spot in the mornings/afternoon. The plus for us was the Games room. The Pool Table was a huge hit and a nice touch in the lower floor. The kids had a great time playing together. There was a bedroom on the lower floor which my Son had all to himself. The upper floor had two bedrooms and a family bathroom. I have to say each room was so spacious especially the second room upstairs it was definitely bigger than the master bedroom. So each of the three bedrooms were spacious and there was a lot of cupboard space. Again even the bathroom had all the amenities from extra Towels, toilet paper, hairdryer and shower gel. We arrived late around 11pm on our first day and we were greeted by Andre. Andre was really accommodating and even came with some refreshments for us. It was such a lovely thought. Thank you to Andre, you were very helpful. We had hired a car, and I do recommend hiring a car. The villa is up higher on the hill and there is no restaurant/cafe within walking distance. We knew this before booking and had hired a car for our entire stay. Andre had recommended some great spots for breakfast. We were also only around 10minutes away from Albruferia Old Town and even closer to local restaurants by car. Lidl and Aldi are close by for for local food shopping. Overall we would definitely return back her again.

The only thing I would have liked and this is a personal preference would have been if the pool was heated. I understand the high cost of maintaining heated pools. But as we went in April and the weather had turned slightly, the pool was freezing cold. Although my girls did jump in as crazy as they are.

We love this amazing villa for a family holiday because it has a fantastic place with swimming pool, a pool table, and darts, making it perfect for both relaxing and having fun together.Andre the host is very kind and professional

It’s clean and very well maintained and very close drive to Albufiera (under 10 mins). Peaceful location but close drive to both new and old town in Albufiera

For the price the upkeep is just not the same comparing with what we have got is other locations including Marbella, Split and Nice which are much better and more expensive locations! Host was very good and responsive. Have cleaning done between our stay was very helpful Sleeping mattress is not comfortable at all and we all struggled with it. The ground floor room does not have air conditioning and has to toilet so be prepared to climb up steps to pee at night! Pool is good but quite small so good for a splash but no more. But all clean and well maintained. Kitchen can do with more utensils and better basic equipment like working toaster etc Shower heads spay all around so is an easy one and should have been cleaned, though was not attended during our stay even after mentioning.

Well organized and great host, great house looks like the pictures and it's very clean and comfortable. The beds are good as well you will definitely get a goodnight sleep.
