House was good

Was well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. Private outdoor area. Off street parking for boat.

Would have been great to have aircon for those hot nights and more bathroom towels.

The house was in a fantastic location. Really well furnished and comfortable. A wonderful family home with lots of space.

Good location near the lake.

The property was unacceptably filthy. There were cigarette butts all over the backyard, cider bottles under the bed, and a vape in the kid's room. Worst of all, the BBQ was covered in rat feces. We reported these issues immediately to management and no one from the company has followed up with us.

Space

Dirty carpets and outside area. We cleaned outside ourselves. House was not clean although you pay $125 for cleaning fee. Was disappointed. Only 2 blankets.

Location near town and Lake and felt homely.

The house was very welcoming although a few basic things missing that were expected, i.e. no tea towels, no salt & pepper, no cling wrap or foil which is easily rectified. Also all outdoor cushions on lounges get wet when it rains, should be covered or stored.

Shower pressure in ensuite was awesome. Privacy of property made it feel safe and quiet. Balcony was cool, and the amount of toilets/bathrooms was very handy. Also great having washer and dryer.

Windows need fly screens as house was constantly FULL of bugs. Need ways to cool house down - no a/c or fans as upstairs was very hot.
