Cleanliness

Good central location. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Renovated room. Good bathroom.

Rooms upstairs, but that is pretty standard for hotel accomodation.

Noise from downstairs too loud. Room was,hot.

The meals at the pub were delicious and prompt.

The room could have been cleaner...I would suggest getting rid of the mat on the benchtop where the kettle and cups are...it just collects dust and feels grotty. It's preferable not to have anything or a small tray which can be easily wiped. Bathroom was clean. The lamp and sife tables were also very dusty. I had to dust everything before we settled in...I shouldn't have to do that. Otherwise the room was convenient and nicely decorated.

The bathroom was newly renovated. The pub/restaurant downstairs had tasty food and friendly service. Check-in was pleasant and straightforward. The staff was helpful and pleasant.
