"I love the location and the presentation of this property is exceptional."

The location was central and within walking distance of the main part of town. The fittings and presentation of the apartment were beautiful. Would fully recommend it to family and friends.

The common walls between the adjacent apartments are quite thin, especially with little ones running around next door. Also, Wanaka probably does not have many hot days, and we missed having aircon on the days that reached over 30 degrees. A portable fan did a satisfactory job.

"Perfect name and location "

We loved this place! Everything is good. It's spacious and clean with a beautiful lake view. There were colorful flowers and plants on the deck of the master bedroom. If we come to Wanaka again in the future, it would be our only choice.

"A beautiful well appointed condo with wonderful views."

Occasionally we ran out of hot water. Also the king size bed was NOT a king - It was two twins put together- uncomfortable mattresses and I could not lie in the middle of it. As a result I did not sleep well.

We enjoyed our stay at Lake Wanaka.The unit is in a great location close to shops and restaurants. Stunning views of Lake Wanaka and the unit was very comfortable for 4 adults.

"Awesome Wanaka and mountain view. World class!!"

Quintessential Wanaka View. Awesome! Short steep climb to quiet apartment which is very close to town. Generous parking areas. Nicely presented interior, and new bathrooms. Generous main bedroom and wardrobe, with wonderful firm beds. Family sized kitchen. Good heating. We enjoyed this stay.

I did appreciate the owner had up-graded this 1980's ?? apartment. The difficulty for the hosts is maintaining the high standard required for upper rental value. Watch for maintenance such as the front door key gets stuck, and the kitchen bin jammed, and wiping corners in bathrooms floors.
