Tolip Resort Elgalala Hills

Exceptional stay and the staff were very helpful, despite some misundedstandings but overall the stay was very great, would go back again very soon. 1- the rooms were very comfortable and spacious 2- room service answers quickly all my requests 3- many facilities to go through the stay (lobby bar is very great with the best view in the hotel) 4- the shuttle to the beach is quick and always available 5- very friendly staff. 6- restaurant is good but needs more varieties (but current is great)

1- some Reception sofas needs more cleaning 2- beach is rocky (guess the rocks could be removed or at least adjusted)

beach is too far and the only way to go is by bus which is only one that come every half hour and was very crowded we have to stand against the bus door all the way

The breakfast was overall great, good variety and overall everything tasted good. For dinner some food was a hit and other was a miss, desserts were bad specially anything with chocolate. (fruits were good tho)

the room service cleanness wasn't the best, I accidently spilled sugar and after the room service came to clean in the morning I thought it would be gone but it wasn't. also my room had a weird strong smell. we booked balcony with a swing but it was very dusty from start of our stay till the end.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Mr. Ahmed Sallam at the guest relations office.

The food could be better
