Great value for money. Super clean, staff very nice. Room quiet. Near subway stations and bus stops. And you can borrow umbrella and they have free lockers for your luggage after checkout or before checkin.

部屋が綺麗だった！ホテルの方もすごく気遣いがあり、良い接客だった！コインロッカーの数も多く、無料だったのも凄く助かった！

朝食無料は嬉しかったが、食べる所の机が汚かった。従業員の方は忙しいと思うので、自分たちで拭けるようの台拭きを用意していただけたら

I love this location...it eas near bus and subway. Rooms were small. But the beds were super comfy. I also love the lockers.

部屋が広い、立地が良く 京都駅や河原町へのアクセスが抜群に良い 周りに飲食店も多く全く困らない 風呂とトイレがセパレート 簡易的な軽い朝食が無料 部屋が綺麗

チェックイン前荷物預けようと受け付け誰もいなくてロッカー前でウロウロしてたら裏からやっと登場 なぜ居ないのかが分からない ランドリー使おうと前の人が全然取りに来ないので エレベーター前に備え付けられてる電話で何回も掛けたが全く出ず。直接言うてやっと対応 別のスタッフ来て なんかめんどくさそうに対応して不愉快 シャワーの出が弱すぎ 部屋に消臭スプレーが無い エアコンの風量あげるとうるさい エレベーターの照明がわざわざ青くしてる 2階だったのでブラインドあげたら外から丸見え
