Nice to have a tub in the balcony and the room is spacious with lots of amenities. The public bath is also very clean and you can enjoy many different tubs and a sauna. The hotel is very close to the beach and to the city center. Breakfast was very good, but need to hurry up in the morning otherwise there won't be much left to enjoy.

The pillow was not comfortable, it felt like it was stuffed with beans. The room only has a partial view of the sea, I would have appreciated more detailed information about that on the website..

"Das Hotel liegt zwar weit weg vom Bahnhof, ist dafür ganz nah am Meer. Der Ort ist ein wenig eingeschlafen und Instanhal"

Das Zimmer war gross für japanische Verhältnisse und das Frühstücksbüffet hatte sehr viel zu bieten, sowohl für asiatische als auch für europäische Gäste.

Das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und es wurde nie erwas gemacht. Die Dusche ist nach Aussen gerichtet, ist nicht klimatisiert und dementsprechend feucht und die Fugen schimmlig. Der Teppich hatte Flecken. Auf dem Dach hat es zwar eine Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln. Die Terrasse hätte Potential, aber es stehen einfach nur Möbel rum, es hat keine Sonnenschirme, einfach ungepflegt.

"I felt completely scammed"

This is not a 4 star hotel and the pictures are nothing similar to reality. The facilities were old, we even found spider webs given the lack of cleaning. The reception was de reorganized with random packages laying around and a BUCKET WITH A HOSE next to the reception desk. I do not recommend to stay here and I certainly feel misled by what I got vs. what was advertised.

"Nice hotel near harbour"

Enjoyed the hot tub on our balcony. Nice view of harbour. Easy walk to Ginza shopping street and the beach. Good location for us.
