Big room and comfortable, nice shower

Great location for me, near the shops, river, work venue, etc. The room was large, clean, had a small kitchen and bathroom. The staff on the phone for the check in were clearly used to idiots like me trying to get in the wrong front door and then trying to get in the room with the keypad, but were funny, patient and friendly. Would recommend.

I find hard beds a bit uncomfortable as my hips want a bit of give, so it was a bit too hard for me. I also wanted a bit more heat in the room, but the shops were close so I bought a hot water bottle and snuggled down under the fluffy blankets provided. These were minor issues, I was tired after a lot of travel for a work, so just wanted everything to help me get the best nights sleep - which in fairness I had!

Location is good

The property was no better than student digs. Dirty and in need of refurbishment.

THE APARTMENT WAS VERY NEAT; THE LOCATION WAS FANTASTIC, JUST 5 MIN AWAY FROM THE TRAIN STATION, AND THE BUS STOP WAS JUST RIGHT OUTSIDE THE HOUSE.

THE PHONE NUMBER ON THE APP DIDN'T PICK UP WHEN WE ARRIVED TO ASK QUESTIONS.

Overall was good Nice and quiet

The security on the door. Could do with atleast another lock of some sort to make it feel more secure

Ideally situated for our needs. Bed was very comfy. It was also very warm which was ideal for a January stay.

Could've been pre-warned in correspondence about lack of hotel style amenities (hair dryer/milk etc) We understand why you may not want to supply these as they may go astray but an add on at the end of the check-in details would've been handy. Apart from those couple of niggles everything was great and we will certainly stay again.

Location was great during the day, close to shops, market and historical landmarks

A bit noisy at night due to close club and pubs, and busy road.
