Room was comfortable, clean, a great view, security in lifts etc , check in and luggage assistance all great ,Couldn't fault anything there

The only complaint I had was the layout of our room. The bed area was all great , but the layout of the bathroom was not serviceable for us. The entrance into the bathroom with the two doors gave me the appearance that it was a wheelchair access room . There was no shower screen, only a small bench, in the shower area , which you could not put anything on, because it would have got wet. Only a toilet in that room . We had to put our clean clothes on the small bench near the door, as well as our other grooming items. This made the floor wet for the second person to walk in and shower. Then walk out to the other section with a towel wrapped around them, to get dressed near the door area. We are an elderly couple and found the layout of that bathroom not friendly to us. It was an obvious wheelchair assessable room and we were not advised of that.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants, tourist attractions, and transport. Breakfast was delicious.

Lack of information about the stay. I had to figure out how to access wifi, and there was nothing in the room to confirm checkout time or process. There was a tablet in the room that should have had this info. Eventually I found the wifi info on it, but it hadn't been charged up, and there wasn't a 'Welcome package,' which usually provides the important info for your stay. I believe adding standardized welcome information covering check-out, Wi-Fi, breakfast, and room service (there wasn't any available, as far as I'm aware) would greatly benefit guests. Cleaning staff also took the bathmat and forgot to replace it during the room refresh.

Great bathroom, liked the toilet seperate to shower, ideal if travelling with others. Bed comfy. Staff super friendly and helpful. Had a cheese platter and a cocktail at the bar and it was delightful. Breakfast really nice, chef offered to cook crispy bacon and poached eggs which were superb.

The grout in the shower wasn’t as clean as I’d like to see. Parking is $50 for valet. Felt it was a little expensive. Would prefer to park my own car.
