Location and friendly staff and the kids loved the in room dining fish and chips

The door was opening without a card which was a major security issue and was not resolved. Behind the curtain was a box of a product which seemed like the previous person in the room opened and left which was not cleaned out. The pool was a huge disappointment for the kids, I wouldnt even call it a pool. The breakfast options were also quite limited and disappointing and the cleanliness of the breakfast tables was very questionable. Finally, the room dining menu was very limited.
