The location only

Old facilities, bad smell of air-conditioning, dirty and disassembled sofa, no parking availability

horrible !!! stay away. dirty. smelly.

this place is a fraud ! stay away above a restaurant kitchen, smelly !! dirty, furtuintres with stains didn't stay went in and out. they didn't offer refund.

The property was perfect for a solo traveller. Was in a great location

The only thing that I didn’t like was that the fridge had a funky smell.

Nice room, good location, clean.

The location was very good, close to the beach and the restaurants. Close to the archeological sites.

Upon our arrival, I found that the sheets were dirty, there was a lot of hair and they looked yellow. I am quite sure this was not the maid hair 🤣 further more, the sofa was also very dirty. On the bright side, once I called to complain, a maid came and changed the sheets.

Superb location and view

A ton of mosquitos. Barely functional AC units. Beat down building, stained furniture, poor drainage in bathroom.

Very good, central location with a nice view from the balcony. Might be noisier in high season? The apartment is "cosy"; OK for 2 but you would really struggle with more.

For some reason the message with check-in details was not forwarded from Booking.com. All attempts to contact Phaedrus Living failed. Eventually managed to speak to a Booking.com Customer Service rep who read out the access code details. Even so, it took quite some time to locate the apartment. Both the sink and shower drains in the bathroom need attention - the water backs up and they drain very slowly. As we stayed for 10 nights, it would have been nice to have a change of linen at some point.

The location and the view was amazing.
