Le prix du petit déjeuner : l’hôtel profite du fait qu’ils sont loin de tout et donc on n’a pas d’autre choix que de le prendre à l’hôtel. Même si il était très bon, le prix est excessif.

The staff was so accommodating and changed our rooms to have a gorgeous valley view. We were able to take the funicular to Heidelberg Castle and the old town. We loved our stay and only wish we had more time there!

Our stay was too short! It was rainy when we were there, but it didn't matter we had a fantastic time! There really isn't anything to dislike.

They were very accommodating. We were moved to a room with a city view that was wonderful!

Das Hotel bietet einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf Heidelberg und Umgebung. Am Abend wenn die Tagestouristen mit der letzten Bahn ins Tal gefahren sind kehrt Ruhe ein. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine grosse Auswahl an kalten und warmen Gerichten.

Schade dass beim Abendessen nicht kleine Portionen bestellt werden können.

Die Preise im Gasthaus sind viel zu hoch.

The view from the hotel was truly fantastic and one of the highlights of our stay.

Unfortunately, this was in stark contrast to the service; the staff did not come across as particularly friendly or welcoming. The restaurant was poorly organized and gave a chaotic impression.
