Townhome wPrivate Pool & Themed Rooms, near WDW

We absolutely loved the aesthetics of the home. My children, along with the other adults were blown away. The location was perfect, nice and quiet. Though we did Disney a few days it was nice to be away from the chaos . The entire home was clean, neat, and tidy. Having the lanai was a life saver. Messaging the property manager about our issues was easy, she answered right away.

The Air hockey table was loose and broken, air barely blew out of it. Pac man joy stick always was stuck when we were told it was taken care of prior to our arrival. There were plastic dishes that had silverware markings on them all scratched up and dishes were not clean upon arrival we had to clean them ourselves. Bed could be a bit more firm.

Lights and fan in the star wars bedroom turn on and off at random in the middle of the night. Complained but they could not fix it for several nights.

Access to the unit was good and easy. I like that we did not have to worry about keeping up with a key! The Welcome note with the Oreos was a very nice surprise! My granddaughter loved them! The townhouse was decorated nicely although ALL rooms were decorated in a kid theme; nothing to signify the adult room/s. I like that they provided travel soaps, etc., two garbage bags, a sponge, and a small dish detergent.

The townhouse was overpriced. The bed in the Return of the Jedi room was too low and too small for the adult guests. The joy stick kept sticking on the Pac Man game causing the player to not be able to move, the Air Hockey table legs were very loose, the garbage disposal had the kitchen stinking with an unpleasant odor. I called maintenance and he shared that someone else would have to repair the Pac Man game and take care of the garbage disposal. He was able to tighten the legs on the Air Hockey table. It was cool the first night and two of the rooms had very thin blankets. I had to call for two blankets the following day and they were delivered. When I called for service, the representative and the service workers had heavy Spanish accents and were very hard to understand without using context clues.
