Aparthotel Marina Drach

My parents booked a short family getaway at Aparthotel Marina Drach for themselves, my eight-year-old daughter and me. The main purpose of the trip was simply to complete our EES registration before the summer, so we weren't looking for anything particularly special. However, we were very pleasantly surprised by our stay. Having travelled extensively, I can honestly say that this is one of the most welcoming hotels I have experienced. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, attentive and genuinely interested in making our stay comfortable. In particular, Jennifer deserves special mention. Within a short time of our arrival, she had learned my daughter's name and made a real effort to engage with her throughout our stay, encouraging her to practise the little Spanish she knew. She was equally patient and encouraging with my parents and with my own attempts at speaking Spanish, helping to create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. What stood out most was the level of care shown by the staff. On one occasion, after I had spent the afternoon resting with the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, reception called later in the evening simply to check whether I needed anything. Another day, after returning from a sailing trip cold and soaked through, reception contacted us to ask whether we would like extra blankets. These thoughtful touches made a lasting impression. The hotel itself is fairly simple rather than luxurious, but it is very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the location is excellent. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the tortilla de patatas was particularly good. The pool is small and a bit chilly, but it’s quiet and has a partition between shallow baby pool and deeper pool. Overall, Aparthotel Marina Drach exceeded our expectations. While it may not be the most elaborate hotel, the exceptional hospitality and genuine care shown by the staff made it a memorable stay, and I would happily recommend it.

Nos alojamos 5 personas en un apartamento de dos habitaciones y sofá cama. Las instalaciones súper bien, igual que las fotos, habitaciones muy limpias y acogedoras. Check-in rápido, nos dieron toallas para la piscina y nos facilitaron duchas de cortesía ya que nuestro vuelo salía a las 12 de la noche, fueron muy amables en todo momento. Pero destacaría sobre todo a Anna, una mujer encantadora, su trato fue inmejorable y aunque solo estuvimos una noche, nos hizo sentir como en casa. Desde luego que con gente como ella trabajando, nos dan ganas de volver pronto!

Lage war super, die Zimmer waren der Hammer. Das Personal war stets zu jeder Zeit außerordentlich freundlich. Beim Frühstück hätte ich mir ein bisschen mehr Auswahl gewünscht, aber bin trotzdem immer fündig und satt geworden.

Alles war super, keine negativen Aspekte.

Pokój był bardzo czysty, duży, zawsze zapewnione były środki higieny, czyste ręczniki, pościel. Śniadania były bardzo dobre. W pobliżu darmowy parking. Szybkie wifi, dostęp do siłowni i basenu. Dodatkowo personel był bardzo pomocny.

Drzwi nie miały dobrych uszczelek, na tyle że patrząc na nie z boku, widać wydostajace się światło... Bardzo duże szczeliny. Ktokolwiek cokolwiek powiedział na korytarzu, od razu budzi innych ludzi. Dodatkowo cienkie ściany, ciągle było słychać wibracje telefonu z pokoju obok... Bez stoperów udało mi się przespać tylko 1 noc 🙃
