Clean comfy rooms

They had a pool party for a kids birthday party and there was no supervision and kids jumping everywhere in pool doing back flips. .we had a baby and they were dangerous conditions . No staff intervened . Breakfast was out of so much stuff and not refilled

I've stayed at this property multiple times. The staff have always been great. Check in is easy and the rooms are spacious with lots of outlets and storage. Breakfast is typically good & the workout room is well equipped for such a small space.

There were lots of large groups this trip. It was very noisy & the breakfast area was very picked over & mess & there seemed to be inadequate staff for the number of guests. Still all staff were courteous and helpful. This is the first time in4 years that the hotel was so noisy we couldn't sleep, and we'vestayedfor homecoming weekends and football games . We were on the 3rd floor & the floor above us was so loud. Also the pocket door to the bathroom was stuck so it was difficult to close & squeaky.

Good location for our stay in the area. Clean and breakfast was good.

It is a bit noisy. You hear traffic and also noise in the hallways and from the upper floor. Needs some sound proofing.
