Very impressive hotel in central Cardiff. Staff are very helpful. The rooms are great. I got upgraded to a suite which was exceptional. The bed was perfect and the room was quiet and cool. Breakfast was superb.

Checked in online and luckily the room was ready early which was handy. Was very clean and in excellent condition, comfortable as expected. Air con in the room was a lifesaver as stayed during a heatwave. Staff were very friendly. As I'd read the breakfast was a buffet I wasn't expecting it to be as good as it was, everything was well prepared and had a wider range of cooked food than you'd usually find. Would definitely stay again.

Was a bit expensive but I also left it late to book and stayed here for a gig so other hotels were already full so pushed prices up I expect.
