Great restaurants & bars close by and easy walkable
My family and I recently stayed at the Upham Beach Inn and absolutely loved it. The beach is a short walk away from the property as well as privately owned ice cream shops and a small bar/restaurant, Rick's Reef. It was newly renovated and has a cozy feel. The kids loved having their own room with a TV with cable hook-up. The owners have equipped their property with practically everything you could need. There is a grill available to the tenants that we cooked hot dogs and burgers our first night. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and pots/pants. Each unit comes with a "beach box" that comes with an umbrella, a wagon, two chairs, and toys for the kids. After visiting the beach we returned to the property and took advantage of the heated pool. We would definitely stay there again and look forward to the opportunity.
I was surprised at how clean and perfect this place was for us. They provided beach chairs, toys, umbrellas and even a cart to carry all the stuff. Would definitely come back.
Nice place. Close to beach and the wagon and chairs included were a great addition. Walls were thin,could hear your neighbors, but all in all we would stay there again.
We could not have picked a better place to stay. Everything is new and clean, it is decorated so nice! It was only a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach with white soft sand and clear water. Within walking distance to many stores and restaurants. I will definitely be going back, this time with no other plans but to just stay and enjoy the hotel and the beach!

Newly updated! Cute, cozy, and convenient. Gates around the property and then an additional one around the pool; which was a great design and fun for the kids.

I loved staying here! The owner is so nice and checked on us to make sure everything was ok. Everything was clean. We had everything we needed. It was quiet and peaceful. Will definitely be staying here again.
