Kousek k moři, bazén Rychlost opravy klimatizace a výměny plyn.bomby která došla druhý den Koupelna byla nově předělaná

Starší typ apartmánu, chtělo by to trochu opravit(rozpadající postel, vrzající dveře, dvířka v kuchyni) Hlučnost ze všech stran - Dupot a vrzání židlí od sousedů - jednoskla propustí hluk z venku, že i povídání lidí u auta slyšíte a rozumíte jim - zvuk výtahu, zvuk rolet z jiných apartmánů - řešil jsem hluk z apartmánu nad námi a prý je budou kontaktovat - bylo to beze změny

Rozbity zamek u dveri na balkon, nefunkcni rolety a sporak, co se vypinal. Po nahlaseni vse bylo velmi rychle opraveno. Pokoje byly mensi, nez jsme cekali.

Locație foarte frumoasă, foarte aproape de plajă și malul Mării. Loc linistit, recomand apartamente de la etajul 4 pent house

Având in vedere ca am stat 2 saptamani, am schimbat 2 apartamente unul dintre ele a fost cam murdar, dar nu exagerat, locul de parcare gratuit unpic îngrămădit
