"Stay here was not bad but suffered terrible due to Treebo"

The review is not for the property but Treebo hotels who are using Booking..com to lure customers saying no prepayment and hidden property policies threatening guests to pay a prepayment else face cancellation and deny stay based on fine print policy which is not visible on the property policy. Refund is not provided for denying stay saying fine print policy overrides. Fine print policy nowhere stated clear restriction on the app and Treebo fools customers using Booking.com

"Good value for the price."

Everything was well setup.

At some point, there were ants attacking my suitcase. They were not there when I entered the room, so maybe it was an unfortunate incident, as the room was very clean overall.

Hotel has no concerns. Problem is Treebo with false promise of zero payment bookings

Treebo customer service harassed to make pre payment despite booking clearly stating no prepayment. The customer has been fooled to reserve booking with false information.No response on this from Treebo
