Even after paying for a day extra...they came knocking to remind that our checkout time has approached.

The staff don't speak English or Telugu. Not at all customer friendly. Would not recommend for families.

Location and room space is good.

Staff response is too blant. I stayed for two nights and requested for room cleaning and towel change, but it was not done. Even water bottle I had to take next day and explain and take it without being charged. If you are planning to start early, have to miss breakfast. No options are provided and no fast serving is available. Sometimes breakfast reaches you by 9 AM.

Good location near to safari park, room and bathroom was clean with all facilities. breakfast was good and tasty. check in and checkout was smooth.
