Anara Airport Hotel

Proximity in walking distance to T3 International.

Lack of sign to the hotel. It was my first time there . Arrived with Garuda in T3, we tried to locate the hotel whereabout by asking security and cleaners and what they told us was, I needed to go to reach Anara from the elevator at the parking building, next to T3. What they did say was, go to level 3 from the parking building where there is a lift/elevator. No sign or lack of information board showing your location. We had to drag our 2 medium luggage sand 2 cabin suitcases to your hotel passing through the parking area. Later, we found the easiest way , that we could have used the connecting bridge goes straight to the hotel from level 2 at T3, vice versa. Had we known this, it would've been much easier to reach the hotel.

Laute schlechte Band. Zwanzig Minuten auf Getränke gewartet. Man bekommt nur einen Zimmerschlüssel, zweiter Schlüssel gegen Pfand. Zimmer sehr hellhörig.

Isolation is decent Bath Tube..the hot water did not work properly

The convenience and it was great that breakfast started at 2am to accommodate us with early flights. Even though it breakfast was limited at that hour, it was available.

The only thing that was not great is we were given an accessible room and with an open shower, we flooded the bathroom. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Mooie grote kamer en goed.ontbijt.

Ik was vroeger om in te checken en moest daardoor € 25 extra betalen om in mijn kamer te kunnen. Dat vond ik erg tegenvallen en slechte service omdat de kamer wel beschikbaar was. Ik moest zelf ook weer vroeg uitchecken dus had iets meer service verwacht van zo'n luxe hotel.
