Holiday Inn Express Shenzhen North Station by IHG

Front desk had no English speakers. A surprise for a western brand in such a large city.

民楽駅から5分ほど。フロントは英語が通じない。深圳北駅の早朝の新幹線を利用する為に宿泊したが民楽駅の始発が0645分の為タクシーを呼んで5分ほどで着いた。徒歩だと地図上では2kmだがフロントの人は4kmとの事で距離は不明。住宅地の一画にある。やや不便

Very nice and quiet. Close to subway

Stayed a couple nights in this hotel I will say it is about 3.5 of 5. Actually this hotel is much more popular than you think. Location: Misleading. Although the name contains Shenzhen North Railway Station but it is not very accessible -- you need to walk 15 minutes to walk to the nearest subway station and then take 1-stop to arrive at the railway station. So it is no more convenience to Shenzhen North Railway station than those hotels with subway station within walking distance. Room: So-so. Honestly, the room is very big and the bed was comfortable. There are no wall outlets close to the desk so it was not possible to charge laptop/cellphone while working. Besides, the desk is very tiny. Breakfast: Above average. Western/Chinese options with a hot noodle bar. The breakfast place is at the adjacent building Staff: Above Average I can see that front desk staff were trying their best to accommodate guest's need. They are polite and willing to help.

You advertised the room is 83 sq meter on your web and I end up with a room which is less than 20 sq meter !! Your customer service who are all from India can’t even understand the difference between sq meter and sq feet ! they lie about making a call to the hotel which they have never do so with me alone standing at the front desk at 1 a.m. !! TERRIBLE SERVICE !!

The staff here are excellent. The breakfast was very good.

The room is dusty and duty (see photo) Sound isolation is poor (close to a school or somthing, can hear kids running and screaming in the morning) There is no in-room mini fridge, just beware of this. Breakfast is so-so quality. The hotel is not close to subway station, has to drive / take taxi to there.

早餐，款式不多，check in 時已3點半但是兩房間都用10多鐘才可取房卡，早前通知同一樓層，但都沒有跟進，早前已沒有回覆，以為已跟進，但是到頭來都沒有，與其他訂房app有別，他們都會跟進回覆，等了多天都沒有，很失望。
