La laguna

Staff maleducato e per niente attento alle necessità e hai bisogni dei clienti: la camera aveva un pessimo odore proveniente dal bagno e, alla nostra richiesta di un profumatore per ambienti ci è stato chiesto di controllare l'odore e ci è stato riferito che non lo possiedono. Una volta resi conto dell'odore hanno cercato di chiudere gli scarichi inserendovi successivamente il liquido lavavetri, ovviamente non ha funzionato. Alla nostra richiesta di modificare la camera ci è stato dato il profumatore per ambienti e, solo dopo la nostra insistenza ci è stato concesso di cambiare camera con un sovrapprezzo di 400 MXN (per due notti). L'albergo offre anche asciugamani da spiaggia, peccato peccato presentino macchie gialle; all richiesta di un altro asciugamano ci è stato riferito che quello macchiato era pulito.

Solo que no hay mucha atención en cuanto a clientes escandalosos nos tocaron unos pochos escandalosos y fui a avisar a recepción para que les dijeran algo ya que con sus gritos y risas de cantina no dejaban descansar y me dijeron que no los podían calllar ni hablar con ellos Deben de tener consideraciones para estos casos ya que uno va a descansar
