Breakfast options were good.

The check out staff was unpleasant, charged us for a service animal and called the police on us when we tried to tell them they couldn't charge us for a service animal. They had parties in the parking lot and behind the hotel all night long. Yelling in the hallways, doors slamming all night long. It was party central until 4:30am. Not a restful place. Especially if you are a veteran with ptsd.

"The stay was great. booking.com was terrible and lost you a long term customer."

I did not like any of it.

The person at booking.com made three mistakes. 1. Reserved the wrong date - October 3rd. 2. Did not reserve the correct dates Sept. 11th and 12th. 3. Refuse to refund my money even though it was their mistakes. 4. Did not return my phone calls. 5. Admitted it was their mistake. 6. Still refuse to refund the $122.88. I had to call the Benton Harbor manager Jack and set up the correct reservation which he did at the correct date and time on Sept. 11th and 12th., which I paid for in full. So every chance I get I have told a lot of people and spammed the internet not to ever use booking.com as they are a rip off.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice location, good sized room, quality furnishings and decor, useful amenities, fast breakfast with many options, clean room/bathroom, great water pressure, facility felt very safe overall

Shower/tub didn’t drain properly.
