It’s convenient for the Main Street with bars, restaurants and shops.

The stairs are seriously steep and quite tricky on the corner. The property has seen better days and shame the neighbours all sit in the street as there’s no backs to the property.

Where it was situated and the neighbours were friendly. Toiletries and towels, tea coffee sugar and biscuits were provided. Easy check in with key safe.

Needs a bit on a fix here and there. Few cracks in walls and bottom stair banister breaking away from wall. Mirror fell off the wall outside bathroom which was weird until my hubby pointed out the nail was bent so couldn't hold it. But we had a lovely stay ☺️

Great location with good access to Haworth main street, shops, church, priory, pubs, park and railway. Good base to drive to the other sights. Don't forget to do the walk to Top Withens, exhausting but the views are amazing. We were able to park right outside the house

Very dated period house. In need of TLC. Mould/broken stair rail/paint work. Smelly/damp. Very disappointed with the whole house and parking. Would not return. I need some attention.

Great location, clean property. . Has use of internet. Comfortable beds. Provided with tea and coffee. Toiletries. Nice design of furniture. Iron and ironing board provided. Small hairdryer. Towels provided. Friendly neighbours. If it wasnt for the smell. We would definately return. Can cope with minor repairs as it didnt spoil our visit but the smell did.

There is a foul smell in the lounge and kitchen area, had to keep windows open as the smell was like amonia, there was no smell in any of the other rooms. Unsure if the smell was coming from the basement. 2 windows misted between panes, needs repairs. Plaster cracked in bedroom, coming loose. Poor repair on handrail at the bottom of the stairs, slow drain on wash handbasin. No instructions / welcome instructions in the property. No key for the back door if required to use in emergency. Although could climb through window!. No fire blanket or extinguisher in place.

Parking, Easy arrival process, nice beds, good location

Smell coming from cellar, poorly maintained, lower stair handrail poorly attached with protruding screws etc shower stopped and started and leaked water downstairs through ceiling, upper bedroom skylights very dirty letting a lovely room down, loose plaster on walls and ceilings with large cracks, plug for electric fire in living room overheated and became to hot to touch. I tried to contact the owner but didn't reply. We would love to return if these issues were sorted but unfortunately they were too bad to enjoy our time here😖

Location and clenliness of house

No instructions. No instructions for heating which didnt work on our 2nd night so house and water was cold. No fire extinguisher or blanket. No instructions for netflix Handrail on lowest stair was broken - highly dangerous
