Location. Bedrooms, living room and kitchen all great.

Bathroom was fine, but the towel radiator was not properly attached to the wall which worried us as we had to be very careful with it.

The location was fantastic. A lovely quiet street directly across from the park, bus stop, main street, and local co-op. The living room was very comfortable, the house was warm, tastefully decorated and had great wifi. The kitchen was well stocked for self catering and everything was clean. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, and two hair dryers supplied. As well as some treats and tea and coffee. We were really happy with our stay, it was great value for money and we would definitely stay again if visiting Haworth.

The images online were definitely from when it was newly decorated. There is wear and tear, but all superficial. A lick of paint over some mold spots in 1st bedroom and bathroom, filler and paint on some cracks, and some well needed filler/sealant on the tub is required, also banister on first step of the stair needs to be tightened, as well as towel rail in bathroom. My mom was very happy with the bed in her room (1st floor), my room was on the upper floor. The mattress was very soft. I feel an investment in a better mattress would be better than current mattress and topper currently in place. But regardless I slept very well. I see this as constructive criticism and not a complaint.

A sweet little place to stay in a lovely location for the old part of Haworth, the Bronte Parsonage and access on to the Moor for walking. Very comfortable and cosy with all you could need. There are two quite steep sets of stairs leading to floor 1 & 2 where the bedrooms are - might be a bit tricky for someone with mobility issues. But otherwise we loved our stay here - thank you!

A nice house in a brilliant location very close to the main street, pubs and cafes Very spacious bedrooms, plenty of wardrobe space and very comfy beds. Downstairs we found comfortable seating and good central heating system. A small but functional kitchen. Property clean. The owners shared there approval of local amenities and places to visit.

Found a dirty pot in kitchen cupboard. Broken first floor bedroom blinds. Main light not working in top floor bedroom. No fire escape and couldn't access downstairs back door.

All we needed was somewhere to stay with enough space that was close to the centre - this property was definitely that and it was fine. The rooms were nice and it was all functional. There were quite a few broken things (e.g. a fan was broken, the rod to close the blinds in the bedroom was snapped off, the bathroom towel rail was hanging off the wall) but nothing that impacted our stay. The hosts were also really responsive and friendly.

The location is very close to Main Street.

Steep stairways, grimy property, so run down (photo's), hideous basement accessible through kitchen with inappropriate storage of guest consumables (tea coffee sugar). I left early as the property was causing me to become unwell. Photo's give samples of issues, there were too many to photograph but more are on file. Booking.com have acknowledged the complaint.

Great location and really nice space. We couldn't get the gas stove/oven to work, but aside from that, everything else was grand.

Bathroom needs a brighter light has a halogen bulb that takes time to brighten. Could do with a hand rail to get in/out of shower as the towel rail noted to not be fixed to wall correctly probably due to people holding this, bath tap constantly drips so needs attention. Could do with. Iorning board & iorn.

Lovely cottage three bedrooms loads of space cosy lounge clean kitchen and bathroom, heating worked well wi fi bonus beds really comfy nice bedding and towels
