InterContinental Baku by IHG

Great location with friendly staff. Check-in and check-out were fast and smooth, and the suite was spacious and comfortable.

I ordered breakfast through room service twice. Each time, the staff took and repeated the order over the phone, but when the breakfast arrived, some items were either missing or incorrect. The suite is fully carpeted, but the carpet had not been vacuumed.

Staff is polite and helpful. Beds are great, not too soft. Rooms are clean.

Staff is not sufficiently trained. They try at their best, but not trained like in Hilton, JV Marriott or Hyatt TV set was down last night. Suggest to provide housekeepers with checklist. They forgot few things (like, taking garbage from bathroom)
