Margo Beach Hotel

The room we had 505 with the exception of the Sea view was excellent, spacious and with all amenities.. All the personnel was very polite and helpful, specially the beach waiter George Gotssis

We were miss leaded by the term "Sea View rooms" the hotel has no sea view rooms, only see side rooma. The architecture and the distance is such that if you seat down at the veranda you do not see the sea at the photos I will upload prove.. We specially booke this hotel for having a sea view room. When I complained I was told that if I stand up at my veranda I can see the sea........ Food choice for the restaurant was limited for long stay clients. Bar selectio drinks was good. Also I do not like the fact that hotel clients had ro pay 10 euro per sun embrela and chairs. It should be free for hotel guests.

The facilities are nice and the hotel is close to the beach. Giorgo is very attentive and always ready to help! Unfortunately, the rest of the staff did not pay attention to the guests.

My daughter’s pyjamas disappeared from the room after it was cleaned and even though we informed both the cleaning ladies and the manager about the problem they weren’t returned and we had to leave in a few days without them. The front desk staff was quite rude and implied that it was our fault and we probably put it in the luggage and we didn’t even get an apology from them or the manager. We later realised that a shirt was also missing. There was also a very unpleasant smell from the drains in the bathroom. We were on the first floor and the family above us was very loud which made our stay uncomfortable. Also the wi-fi connection was very bad. We stayed here two years ago and enjoyed our stay, but this time we were very disappointed! Last time we gave a rating 10, but now we can’t give more than 5 for the overall experience.

Very convenient location for the beach. Room was very large and up to date. The service on the beach was excellent!
