Great spot

My wife said the stove didn’t work. When I touched the back left burner to see if it was warm, I was electrocuted. Please advise the owner to replace the stove immediately. The patio door doesn’t roll open. I had to work really hard to get it open in order to step outside. The main shower curtain has black mold covering the entire bottom half. I am politely asking for a credit back on what I paid.

The resort, location and the view!

Many items were not in working order. Microwave - didn’t work Stove- two burners of the four did not work and the oven also did not work. Two safes-both did not work ( one in hallway closet had no batteries, but when replaced still did not work. The one in the bedroom was locked and could not be opened) TV in the living room did not work Some lights were missing good light bulbs Silverware very sparse and put back dirty Dishes provided but cleanliness questionable

The shower curtain had fungus, the bathroom needs to be deeper clean. Other then that everything else was wonderful.

Great location

The kitchen faucet needs the screen on the faucet replaced due to low water flow. The coffee maker is at its end of life.

The support of booking.com returned me compensation 30% of all cost, so I quickly forgot in what condition I had found the place. And that was my mistake because the next time I came it was even more stressful

First of all, the owner of this condo never answered. He DIDN'T answer my messages here in booking.com. He DIDN'T answer my email. He DIDN'T take the phone. When I came at 15-00 to the property, I've been given the key at the reception and found out that the condo is not cleaned after the previous guest. The bed, the toilet, everything dirty. I asked for the help on the reception, they told they were not responsible for the condos. Then I called the support on booking.com, they also couldn't call through and find the owner. Finally, all of a sudden, the cleaning lady Genny came in 2 hours and did the room. I have been in the apartment 3 nights, so I forgot about this stress and next week returned again. And what happened was even worse but I will wrote in the next response. The owner did never appear. I still don't know if he exist, maybe he already died. Nobody knows about him. Nobody is managing the property. I attach pictures of the apartment as I had found when entered.

The resort is great! But this condo needs some care. Molded ceiling in the bathroom, sink in kitchen leaked. Glad there was a bucket left by cleaners, we used that to catch the leak. Safe didn’t work. Mold on the cutting board in kitchen. No water jug provided. I have stayed at several other units and they have provided water jugs. Kitchen cookware was barely usable. Broken handles, warped, no nonstick coating left in pan….all needs replaced.

The condo. Its old needs work in the main bathroom the shower leaks water all over the floor the door knob got stuck several times the kitchen real old olnly one burner work just few glasses the ac in the bedroom wasnt cold enough we had to keep the door open so the ac in living room would help i really think the price was high for the condo condition

location was excellent

bed was very hard, furniture in living room not comfortable, TV in bedroom did not work and safe was broken, shower head was not working well and broken, could not get oven to work(stove burners fine)

Location

The property is very tired. It appears to be all original and is in need of upgrades (kitchen, bathroom, etc.). The cooking supplies are minimal and the in unit safe was not functional. Nice neighbourhood and good location.
