"Room not ready when we arrived at 4:45 pm We had to wait 45 minutes for maid to clean a room."

The breakfast was fair. Did not like the location. I called the front desk to get directions from the freeway. It took us forever to get there. Told us to go the back way through a mall and apartments complexes.

"Clean but minimal and not very friendly!"

Location, newness, and clean

We asked to have dinner (we bought from a local restaurant to go) in the empty lobby at the table and chairs used for breakfasts and were told NO. We had my disabled mother with us who can barely walk (usually in a wheelchair) and had to walk to our room and ate in the room. Not very hospitable or accommodating! There was MINIMAL amount of Christmas decorations. One small tree with a few ornaments, two wire bowls with small ornaments, and One medium sized poinsettia plant in the dining area. Did not give a very Holiday feeling!
