Apartment Tonka's Terrace

L emplacement est super. L accueill est soigné tout en etant discret et naturel. L appartement offre une superbe vue sur le port et l equipement est confortable. Une terrasse aussi, avec une belle vue et deux transats. Notre hote est reste disponible pour des conseils et offrir son aide si besoin: merci!

This apartment had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and everything worked well. The terrace is the absolute star! It has a wonderful view with table and chairs and 2 sun loungers. The apartment is only a very short walk from Sudurad bay where you will find a couple of bars and restaurants and a small grocery store. The host was very friendly and came to meet us when we arrived and she let us into the apartment early. She was very helpful indeed. I would highly recommend this apartment and Sudurad is a beautiful, tranquil place.

The location is wonderful and the apartment quite nice. The view was incredibly beautiful and was, by itself, totally worth the stay.

Our impression from the photos was that the terrrace was a private space that we would have all to ourselves. In fact, there are two apartments on that top floor and the terrace is shared. As a result, it is also partitioned and not an open space where one can lounge and sunbathe in privacy all day.

The owner is really nice and friendly. The location is really close to the port (like a couple of minutes walk). Also there are two beaches within the short walk. Also the views from the windows and terrace are great. There are some friendly neighbour cats as well.

There were some ants in the kitchen and the room isn’t as big as on the pictures.

This little gem on the island of Sipan is catered for the type of traveller that prioritises two fundamental things, tranquility and breathtaking views. The apartment’s terrace will instantly de-stress the mind and soul and hurl you into a restful dream. The slow pace and trusting nature of the village community will leave you reflecting on how lost modern society has become, and wish we could return to such simplicity. The apartment has modest but functional facilities, but if you’re like me, you’ll sit down on the terrace and realise it’s insignificant compared to staring out into such panoramic beauty.

Quite location. Great sun terrace with a fabulous view. Easy access for ferries to other islands.
