The environment is very quiet, staff were very professional, breakfast was served very early and power supply was stable.

The gym is not well equipped. It is very small with only two equipments

Tbvh I didn’t like anything aside from How nice the staff were .

I think the property has to be refurbished. It’s old and has an odour that’s not fresh at all . The towels and utensils need to be changed . The bathrooms need a total make over .

Breakfast was good and acceptable. Provision of electricity is commendable using 2 standby generators during our period of stay when AEDC took the electricity. Also, the area is well secured.

Beddings should be improved upon as some of them appear worn out. Rooms should be cleaned daily. The electronic key to our room did not work throughout the period.

Very hoffible. The room was smelling of urine leakage from the toilet above. The bedsheets were stuffy

I won't recommend this hotel for anyone.

The internet was less than adequate. MTN and Glo services were next to none existent, this made working and communication very difficult.

I liked the breakfast, the serenity of the place, the wifi, the complementary 2 bottles of water. I think it is good value for money. I have been at other Residency hotels in Abuja but I think I might like this one the most.

The free Wi-Fi is restricted to only one device. It should be at least two, so that a person who has a phone and laptop can access internet on both devices.

2nd time coming here.this is going to be my official Abuja hotel lol.i will definitely come back again
