Location was the only thing good

The main reason I stayed there was for the bathtub for my spouse. I asked the manager five times for a stopper for the tub. They set housekeeping twice, brought the wrong stopper. Never came back and never cleaned the tub. Had to buy products from the Walmart next door to make sure the tub was clean myself.

It was nice and comfortable but not so much clean feeling.

It seem like the floor wasn’t mopped, my mom socks were dirty from walking on the floors. Also there was a pot that was not cleaned properly. It concerned me because this trip was for my son who is being seen at Duke Medical Center for a rare immune disorder so it is crucial to have a clean space for him.

The location was close to great restaurants and a Walmart. You could be in Cary or Durham in a matter of minutes. The setup is beautiful with a central courtyard where you can sit with friends or grill out. It is very safe and secure as you need a key to enter anywhere in the facility. The staff were great. Queen was one of the managers and she was awesome! Some folks are staying for an extended time and they were wonderful as well. They helped me out by giving me tips on how to make the most of my stay.

No elevator so if you're on the second level and have difficulty navigating steps or need to carry lots of items, it may be challenging.
