stayAPT Suites Raleigh-Durham/RTP

Property was nice, mostly clean and quiet. We used the laundry facility. The kitchen dishwasher was broken. There were only a couple of plates, glassware and pot, pan and utensils to use and they were dirty with no dish soap to clean. Bed was comfortable.

Apt style, not having cleaning staff come in daily.

Nothing.

I will never stay here again, due to the hotel I originally had a reservation at something happened to some of the rooms, so they weren’t going to be ready by check in time. So this was very last minute. Upon arriving to check in the glass on the door and outside windows were dirty, trash overflowing outside the trash bin by the front door. No elevators for a person that could be handicap. In the room no stove, window was filthy with spiderwebs that seemed to have been there for a long time. Table was wobble, cabinets dirty, one wastebasket, stains on the sofa, the carpet, and the chair at the table. The bathtub needs work done to it. No where to get ice or drinks, good thing we had our own. The best thing was the air conditioner and that didn’t even had to run long cause the room was cool, and the tv worked great, but everything else not so much. Also when answering the phone what happened to saying the name of the place rather than just saying front desk.

We only stayed one night but it's the kind of place we would happily rent for a longer stay. It's close to the airport, spacious, and clean. Due to our late arrival, we didn't have to check-in at the desk. We were sent a lockbox # and code to get our room keys. So easy! All of the rooms are lined up on either side of a wide outdoor common area with artificial grass, tables, etc. You use your room key to get "inside," but the corrider is open to the sky. Fresh air! It was so much nicer than a regular hotel hallway and would be a nice gathering place for a group. It was clean and felt very safe! The only very minor issue we had was that housekeeping hadn't removed the last guest's trash from the kitchen. The trash can and trash were in the cabinet under the kitchen sink. Out of sight, out of mind, I guess. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

The suite and the location were great.

The place was pretty good. Nothing that we didn't like.

It was okay. The room had damages and i made sure to take pictures because they were charging 250 plus taxes on things. The guy initially told us that since we werent staying but 3 days we wouldnt be charged the fee but we were since we were there for an event.
