"駅近で便利"

駅近。ベットが広く、適度な硬さで寝やすい

チェックインなどの対応は丁寧で親切で良かったですが、加湿器の水は自分で入れる事、大浴場に行く時には部屋のタオルを持参する事など、一言伝えて欲しかったです。お風呂では行ってから困り、部屋に戻りました。

利用は　2回目です。 お部屋はとっても快適で　　部屋の窓から　　富士山が見えて　　最高。 大浴場も良く　また利用したいです。

もう少し　　モーニングのおかずがあれば いいなあと思った。 でもね美味しかったです 天ぷら　焼きそば　フライが　　欲しかった。

"施設は最高、女スタッフさ最悪"

全体的に清潔

唯一の女スタッフ、接客用語がなく、接客業として教育がなされていないのか接客サービスを台無しにしていた。お客の話を聴くよりも自分の話を優先し、おそらくこのことで指導されても何とも感じない性格の女だと思う。他の男性スタッフは問題なし。いちいち苛立たせる女でした。
