"Good"

The couch had stains all over it. The garbage wasn’t picked up from the previous tenants. The hot would drain every night so we couldn’t use it. Other then that it was nice

"Nice but needs some improvement"

Great location, gated neighborhood, nice home layout, clean, nice pool. Some downsides: Not stocked with much, only 3 forks, all dull knives, dusty lights, and ledges - needs a deep cleaning. Raccoons get into the garbage bin provided each night so it doesn't get picked up. I responded to a text they sent asking about heating the hot tub - no response. No extra pillows or blankets. Minimal pool chairs, one broken lounge chair was provided.
