Canale Hotel & Suites

We’ve both stayed at many hotels around the world including’Hotels of the World’ and well known five star chains and we both agreed we’ve never experienced such as exceptional customer service as we did at Canale Hotel. Every single member of the team anticipated our every need and we were left wanting for nothing more. This included sorted out car hire beginning to end, parking our car rental for us daily, complimentary first row cabanas as a nearby fabulous beach club, Whats App reception no matter where you are in the island with requests for taxis, restaurant recommendations and bookings etc. Lovely, professional individuals who work as a brilliantly, super well oiled machine. The breakfast and barista coffee was as good as any top brunch cafe in Bondi or Miami. Forensic thought has been put into every detail at this hotel. The high end design is modern with clean lines. It was the best end-to-end holiday experience we’ve had.

By far the best Hotel we have stayed in Kefalonia,, we frequent often to Kefalonia on our travels to Greece

We had the pleasure of staying at Canale Hotel from July 4th to 11th. I must assert that it stands out as the most exemplary accommodation we've experienced to date:) The hotel's service, as well as the helpfulness, dedication, positivity and pleasant conversations of the staff, made our stay wonderful. We felt as comfortable as if we were at home. Each morning, our day was elevated by Christina’s impeccable breakfast service. We are grateful to the whole team, especially Martine, Maria, and Petros. Our birthday celebration and honeymoon were truly extraordinary. Additionally, Costa Costa Beach and Costa D’ora Restaurant were exceptional. We look forward to the possibility of future encounters. Thank you for everything. Kefalonia, Canale, and the team will always hold a special place in our lives🥰

Everything about our stay at Canale was exceptional. The staff was friendly, kind, and incredibly attentive. They gave us excellent recommendations on things to do in the area and booked restaurant reservations, a rental car, and other excursions for us. The breakfast was excellent and the room was impeccable with a beautiful view. The personal touches made our stay very special. We would absolutely stay at Canale again!

A lovely small boutique hotel in a great position for Argostoli. Highly attentive staff, amazing breakfasts and use of free sun beds and umbrella at the sandy Costa Costa beach

I tend not to bother writing reviews but felt obliged to for this place. The service, the room, the attention to detail, the location: Canale is perfect. From the beautiful welcome, to the Bulgari cosmetics, to the stunning design. This was one of several luxury hotels I stayed at during this trip, and was comfortably the best.
