Absolutely incredible stay, from the warm welcoming of the very friendly staff, to the room upgrade, the free bottle of prosecco in the room when we told them we're on our honeymoon, everything was above and beyond and I would say this was the best hotel experience we've ever had! The breakfast in bed was delicious and luxurious, the staff even gave us a little gift bag with local products on our checking out. The jacuzzi in our balcony was incredible. Communication with the staff was really smooth through WhatsApp. Big thank you to all the staff and we will definitely be back! Thank you for making our stay amazing <3

Breakfast was superb great choice and all beautifully presented

There is nothing about this hotel to criticise- the staff and service were outstanding - we consider ourselves very lucky to have chosen the Canale and would recommend to anybody looking for for 1 st class accommodation and service

We wanted to end our holiday in Greece with a memorable stay so chose Canale Hotel and Suites and we absolutely loved it. The hotel is the perfect size and wonderfully located in Argostoli within easy walking distance to many lovely restaurants. Our room was beautiful and spacious - we had a lovely terrace on the 1st floor overlooking the bay. The staff were all sensational - we got to know Martine, Petros and Maria particularly well and they were very friendly and always helpful. They were always there ready to open a door or take wet towels from us after a day at the beach and were genuinely interested in where we went and how we were enjoying ourselves. They also provided superb restaurant recommendations and made our bookings. Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and plentiful with everything we wanted. Our rental car was parked for us so we never had to worry about finding a parking spot at the end of the day. The complimentary umbrella and sunbeds at Costa Costa Beach Club was great with a prime front row position on gorgeous Makris Gialos Beach. Highly recommended - would not hesitate to stay here again.

Fantastic onsite team, who are very professional, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Hotel spotless throughout. Great breakfasts and quality drinks/cocktails. Excellent location with best views of the harbour. Walking distance to big selection of restaurants.

Absolutely nothing we didn't like.

The staff where outstanding! They all took incredibly good care of us during our stay. The reception staff, Maria, Martine, Christine and Petros where approachable, friendly, sharing their local knoweledge with us by pointing us to restaurants and places of interest. Our advice, trust their judgement! Other members of the team, George, Katapia (Jerry), Esther and Vangelis made us feel welcome everything we entered the building. I need to say that George made the best mettaxa and coke on the island! Overall, every member of the team really helped make this a very special visit. In addition to this, the breakfast was delicious. There was so much to choose from. We thoroughly enjoyed the salmon platter, fruit platter, and varied egg breakfasts. There was so much choice and the presentation was excellent! The room was immaculate and very comfortable. We had an incredible view. The housekeeping staff work was of a very high standard.

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like!

Lovely modern, stylish, spotlessly clean hotel with staff who were always on hand to help with anything. Very attentive and friendly without being intrusive. The breakfast was amazing everything you could wish for and more served by lovely Esther! The location was good being within easy walking distance of all the amenities but just slightly out of the centre.

Hard to fault anything about the hotel and its staff but if I had to say one thing it would be that sitting on the balcony can be a little noisy from road traffic at times. However once the door is closed the room Is well insulated from any noise and the furnishings are all top quality

Fantastic hotel, kind and helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble. Very clean, excellent location. We had a penthouse room with a hot tub and a lovely view. The breakfast was delicious.
