it was cute and well fitted out.

it was a little dark, some plug sockets didn’t work so checks needed prior to first arrivals. The cottages were different in terms of quality internally, so minor reforms needed to make them equal.

This place is an absolute hidden gem! They have the cutest little storefront with all kinds of cool gifts as well as amazing bakery and food selection! They offer winetasting on site and we walked into town and it took us about 20 minutes and we got to see the area. It was all amazing and such a great way to experience Sonoma!

The price was rather high and non of the smoke detectors worked.

Great little cottage with a nice patio. Theres a deli/market/wine tasting room attached to the property that is awesome. Its also in a great location, just a very short drive from downtown and many wineries. Highly recommend this place!

Door code entry was great and easy to access. Great communication about getting to and into the property. The store next door is lovely and has wonderful food for take away and on site. Adorable cottage, clean and more space than expected. The outdoor patio space behind the store is great too.

The kitchen was a little limited on space - hard to wash dishes (which you have to hand wash) as the drainer was too big for the counter space. There were four of us - but only coffee for about 1 day - which was a bit annoying - we were able to buy more at the store though. It is also further from town than I thought it would be - and on a busier road than I was expecting, so walking into town is not ideal from here.

gorgeous little compound with a lovely deli. I was staying in cottage 4 which had a lovely sun-filled deck.

Numerous things weren’t working eg. electrical sockets/outside light/stove light etc so maintenance needs to check these regularly. the cottage was dark and quite small, it could do with a mini-refurb (walls etc) but all the fittings and textiles were excellent.

-The major detractor was the bed. I know this could be a person preference (my wife likes soft, I like firm) but the mattress has seen better days and feels you are sleeping on hard uneven springs with no padding. Both the wife and I tossed and turned all night, and work up in pain. We actually cancelled the following day plans and just drove home to rest and shower. Usually hotel mattresses are a gamble, but this has to be one of the worst we experienced. I followed up with customer service and they promised they would review for further visits. This was the major detractor as the rest could be chalked up to quirks, but unfortunately all added up to a not so fun experience which could have been great. -Bathroom is very small. We expected small/cozy, but the bathroom is very very small. Bathroom Toilet is very close to the side and front walls (as I'm 6' and my knees would touch the front wall, and left arm the other wall, while sitting). In the shower it's a single person shower (think RV style) so very little bending allows and can't help but touch all the walls while trying to shower. -Ceiling Fan in the befroom has a mind of its own in the bedroom where it will turn off/on all night without remote. We figured it out after several times the power switch is needed to completely turn it off, vs the remote off, or else it will come back on. -AC is just off/on, ie not thermostat controlled. It did keep the room cool, but think of low/high/off/on setup. -Fridge sounds like a loud toilet flushing every few hours (sound from the compressor). Very noticeable in a a very quiet area. -Has vinyl/hardwood floor in kitchen/common area, but carpet in the bedroom. Carpet needs to be refreshed (ie looks very worn in common track areas)
