"Muy buen apartamento para visitar el Guggenheim."

Ubicación muy buena, frente al Guggenheim y con comercios de comida cerca.

El sillón colgante parecía bueno en las fotos, pero resultó imposible de usar; por suerte había un sofá, pero durante la ola de calor el aire acondicionado no llegaba a refrescar esa zona. Igualmente, el personal técnico fue y trató de resolverlo.

"Bilbao a portata di mano"

Prima di tutto la posizione é ottima, tutto a portata di mano ..camminare la sera lungo il fiume Nervion é molto bello e rilassante. La struttura è pulita e curata, l' accesso é facile e l' assistenza pronta a rispondere tramite messaggi a qualsiasi ora. Molto apprezzato ed utile il kit di benvenuto con acqua e caffè ed il kit per la cucina che comprendeva un panno, una spugna, una pastiglia per lavastoviglie, sapone piatti e sapone per la lavatrice. Apprezzate anche le grucce appendiabiti, finalmente un posto dove c'è ne sono a sufficienza😅 Letti comodi, cucina super attrezzata e comoda. In generale tutto molto bello

Ascensore lentissimo, sembra che non sia partito invece è proprio lento. Sarebbero stati utili una scopa ed una paletta, con un ragazzino in giro, le briciole per terra erano un continuo.

"Все отлично!"

Расположение, чисто, удобно, есть все необходимое , бесконтактное заселение, автобус из аэропорта останавливается рядом, рядом музей , много красивых мест, близко до старого города.

Было сложно разобраться с микроволновкой, хорошо бы, чтобы была инструкция по использованию😂
