everything. the lounge, the pool, the hotel’s staffs ability to speak English, their staffs ethics (helping one with every problem faced), it’s proximity to the main attractions in Cotonou.

The staff were amazing and the vicinity to the City for business is great, as well as a 2m drive to the airport. Wifi was good in most cases.

I was put in a dungeon of a room for one night, which smelled and was woken up at 5am with noises of the hotel staff coming to work as the main entrance was a few meters away from my room door. After complaining I was moved to another room on the first floor which was ok, although the safe was locked and couldn't put my personal belongings in it and the railing as well as a cupboard door were off the hinges in the shower. Dirty carpet (if that can call it a carpet)

I really enjoyed my stay as the whole of the staff were all so kind and friendly and all would go out of there way to help you all very pleasant

There is nothing not to like all goid

L'equipe est gentille et le service est sympathique. Le wifi est disponible partout. La salle de gym est petite mais fait l'affaire. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais pas très riche. La première chambre qu'on m'avait donné sentait la moisissure car n'a pas de fenêtre pour l'aération. La seconde chambre était bien. Je conseille cet hôtel et je réserverai volontier la prochaine fois chez eux.

People are just very helpful. Reception guys can do everything you want to make the stay nice. I really appreciated the welcoming of the guest. Breakfast is a bufet which is standard but fine compairing to its cost.

Stuff kindness

everything was extremely clean and the staff pleasant. the hotel has all the commodities one could hope for, including the small gym. I particularly liked the tidiness of the room, plus each day I came back to a cleaned room with fresh bottles of water and tea. The rooftop is definitely a plus : enjoying a cocktail while watching everything from the balcony is undoubtedly a great feeling.

Some corridors smelt fresh paint which can be a small inconvenience but really no big deal.
