I have stayed here several times in the past - always a very pleasant experience. This time, the guy at the reception has ruined it and it's terrible to see that one incompetent staff member can have such a massive impact. I hope he'll be gone when I return the next time because so far, all my stays were fantastic.

Lovely appointed hotel with nice pool and wonderful restaurant
At check in, the lady in charge of the front desk was not very nice, fortunately, for the rest of my stay she was not on duty. Laura was outstanding! She was very professional, polite and competent. A special thanks to Laura for making my stay special.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour chez vous. L hôtel était bien située et le voisinage silencieux. Les chambres étaient confortables et propres. La réception à notre arrivé fut aidante pour la réservation de souper dans les restaurants avoisinants. Le seul bémol, le souper au restaurant de l auto fut décevant.
Great location, extremely clean hotel, newly built with large rooms and bathrooms. Totally recommend the canal view, area is amazing.
