"Very disappointing completely outrageous. I feel like my money was stolen."

The front desk people were sloppy obese, unkept, and unshaven, and had a shit attitude. The entrance was dirty. The elevator was filthy. The stuff spilled on the walls on the floor that had been there for days. My bed was totally uncomfortable. I woke up with a sore back, it was so bad that I went ahead and paid for my reservation at the same place on Saturday and got a room at another hotel so I wouldn’t have to stay there anymore. I will never be back. Probably never be back at another my place hotel bookings needs to drop these people or make them drop their prices severely they’re by the airport they offer no shuttle and they said they had an agreement with a taxi if you call them an hour in advance to deliver you to the airport for $35 that’s four blocks $35.. that people should be criminal

Don’t get me started read what I did like about it. I’m a Platinum member of Delta and travel a lot. This is perhaps the worst hotel I’ve stayed in.

Easy location, rooms were clean.

They did not have any toothbrushes and even if they did, they charged you for it. First hotel I’ve ever stayed at that did not offer free toothbrushes and toothpaste.

"Medford My Place"
