Cactus Hotel

Basic rooms, clean and comfortable. We paid extra for sea view which was lovely with balcony and place to sit outside. Location was good, about 25 minute walk to ferry port, lots of restaurants etc nearby

It’s not the fault of the property however lots of building work near by, so if you walk towards the old town it’s so much nicer

Wir hatten eine Suite im 6. Stock gebucht. Über uns nur das Dach. Auf diesem ist ein Aggregat oder Motor montiert, der 24 Stunden am Tag läuft. Dadurch gibt es keine Nachtruhe im Hotelzimmer und wir konnten nicht schlafen. Das "Problem" sei dem Hotel seit einigen Tagen bekannt aber man wisse nicht wie lange die Reparatur andauert. Während unserer Zeit blieb das "Problem" bestehen, sodaß wir nach der 1. Nacht das Zimmer gewechselt haben. Ein kleines Zimmer in einem anderen Gebäudeteil ohne Motorengeräusch. Neben der Schlaflosigkeit müssen wir nun mittels booking.com den Differenzbetrag vom Hotel zurückfordern. Fazit: Keine Weiterempfehlung

Dobra lokalizacja, czystość

I really liked location and sea view room. Room was quite comfortable, housekeeping staff did very well, even delivered presents for Easter to the rooms which was bread and eggs, a traditional Easter attribute. Pool and sunbeds very good, there is even a library, where you can find books in different languages. a good stay in general.

there was a water leak in my room and i had to wipe floors for two days until they fixed it. Front desk staff not very helpful. And when i asked for second blanket, they said they don't have one. What kind of hotel doesn't have blankets? When I was in shower they cut off hot water, so had to finish in cold water, which is why i got sick during my stay. also, very thin walls, if your neighbors are loud - you will not sleep.

De ligging

Hoewel superior kamer met zeezicht gereserveerd én vooraf betaald, bij aankomst kamer met beperkt lateraal zeezicht. Na aandringen ietsje beter. Uit gesprek bleek dat reservatie via Booking.com niet geapprecieerd werd en daarom ik de gereserveerde kamer niet kreeg. nooit meer !!!

Location, pool area, friendly staff

Air conditioning was poor and room was dated but we only booked as standard room as only staying a few days on our way to other islands. Superior rooms looked like they had had an update
