ITLa struttura è davvero affascinante e si trova in una posizione eccellente a Bacalar. Le camere sono arredate con gusto, con parquet e dettagli in legno che creano un’atmosfera calda e accogliente. Il letto è molto comodo.
Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni aspetti che non mi hanno pienamente convinto. Ho trovato il personale un pó freddo, cosa che mi ha sorpreso considerando l’ospitalità e la professionalità che solitamente si riscontra in Messico. Al ristorante, ad esempio, non viene chiesto se si desidera lasciare la mancia, né in che misura, e in generale il servizio non mi ha soddisfatto del tutto. Al momento del check-in viene richiesto di firmare un contratto con alcune regole della struttura, tra cui il divieto di introdurre cibo e bevande dall’esterno — una scelta comprensibile, ma sarebbe più corretto comunicarlo in fase di prenotazione, soprattutto perché a quel punto non è più possibile cancellare gratuitamente.
USLocation was great, but the maintenance,cleanliness and area were not to par. The staff was "out" for the day in the kitchen, No Coffee, no availability for food unless you left the area. Enterence is not lit so you can miss the enterence. The host was the only one attentive, the other staff "just work there, when you ask them a question no one knows anything".
no availabiilty to kitchen, Stairs are unsafe. We stayed in the family area, however the stairs are so unsafe. I can say it is not handicap accessable for anyone.
NLErg mooie accommodatie aan het water. Fijne bedden en een mooi uitzicht. Ook was de kamer erg schoon, wat ook fijn is.
Het eten van het restaurant was niet erg top en de medewerker leek er ook niet plezier in te hebben.
