Had everything we needed. Great for a group

Roomy and good location

Perhaps some more towels for a 3 night stay not just one each

The room is too hot in the summer, the upstairs room is heavily exposed to the sun, the air conditioning is not strong enough, and the downstairs room has no air conditioning

House set up was awesome. Lots of space, big rooms. Loved that we all fitted around the dining room table. Heaps of seats in the lounge. Plenty of hot water. Great outdoor space. Beds very comfortable.

Kitchen was a bit small for us as we like to cook. Bathrooms werent very clean when we arrived. Tried to use the dryer but it wasnt working very well & got dangerously hot so we turned it off as we felt it was a fire risk.

It manages to accommodate all of the family, a big kitchen, and a lounge.

The only inconvenience was that there was only one toilet for a large number of people on the first floor, and the second toilet was in the ensuite.

The house is roomy and has great views. Very well equipped. We arrived to perhaps a cleaning job that had not been completed (fridge was immaculate but vacuum was needed, etc) but the staff were extremely helpful and responded quickly so we were satisfied with the cleanliness after their second go-around.

It is showing a little wear and tear. The house - which we rented in the spring - is not well insulated so heats and cools fast. We managed with the master having a heat pump to cool the room; note other bedrooms don’t have the heat pumps just fans. Need to keep curtains closed to keep heat down. Road is busy and noisy if this bothers you but road usage seemed to decline after 10pm (but started early).

This was a lovely home, big enough to house our large family. It was in a great location, close to a park which was great for the children.

Unfortunately we run out of hot water each morning. This house can accommodate 12 people. We had 9 people shower each morning and then last couple of people to shower had to have cold showers. No one took a ‘long shower’. The size of the hot water cylinder should be large enough to accomodate showers for 12 people given this is the number of people the house is advertised to sleep.

Great Property for a large Group. Views were fantastic.

Bathroom doors in the master bedroom didn't lock.
