The Hotel and staff impressed us a lot. The service quality was very good, especially the bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The cocktails served at the bar were great and unusual. Hasan Oktar chef, and other bar employees (especially Nisa and Mevlut) prepared wonderful cocktails and drinks, I loved the floral-gin cocktail most. In addition, intern Resul, who brought our drinks to the sunbed and asked for our orders with a smile throughout the day, also impressed us with his service quality. We had nice conversations with him. Generally, in all-inclusive hotels, food is usually not very delicious, but in this hotel, everything in the open buffet was very delicious. The chef, preparing wonderful omelettes with fresh ingredients was serving at the open buffet every morning. The restaurant service was also very good. Mr. Ahmet Güler, who did not keep us waiting even for a second to order and serve our drinks during our dinner, and Mrs. Filiz and Berfin, who served our tea and coffee in the mornings with all their smiles, made us have an amazing experience that we are not accustomed to in open buffet restaurants. Apart from these, the percussion show organized in the evening at the Merlo bar was very nice and the entire bar staff provided super fast service without keeping anyone waiting. The use of all bars-restaurants and sunbeds was limited to hotel guests only, increasing hotel quality. We stayed in family room and the room and all beds were also very comfortable. Last but not least, reservation team helped a lot as well to shift our reservation days in booking.com due to popped up emergency situation. In general, we liked the hotel and the staff very much. I recommend it to everyone and we are thinking of planning another holiday he re.

The only thing we did not like about the room was that the air conditioners were directly across from the bed. All other facilities were super good and comfortable.

A wonderful stay , with amazing cocktails, activities and pier with h a spectacular view. Highly recommend. A very special resort with excellent value for money. We normally love excursions but we were reluctant to leave such a wonderful resort that had so much to do / eat / drink. The massages are expensive but worth it... Staff are all very helpful and are grateful for small tips.

Although there were a few minor issues during our stay, we were very pleased that everything was resolved quickly and professionally. A special thank you to the hotel manager, Ali – his attentiveness, helpfulness, and ability to handle situations efficiently made a great impression. Thanks to his efforts, our stay was smooth and enjoyable. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the service is of a high standard. Otel girişi karşılama gayet iyiydi. Otel tertemiz asansöre binişte açılan kapının ara boşlukları dahi siliniyor. Odalar temiz hergün düzenli temizlendi. 3 gece konakladık hiç bir problemle karşılaşmadık. Personel konusunda tüm otel çalışanları özenle seçilmiş, restoranttaki garsonlar, şefler, bardaki barmenler, güvenlik, cankurtaran, temizlikle ilgilenen herkes çok özenli özverili güler yüzlü. Otel sahibi çok kaliteli bir ekip kurmuş. Kendisini tebrik ediyorum. Otelin iskelesi mükemmeldi, yemekleri iyiydi, sahilde hamburger yemeyi ihmal etmeyin, oteldeki en iyi tatlardan biriydi. Biz mutlu ve dinlenmiş ayrıldık. Beklentimizi karşıladı. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Positives: Rooms are spacious and hotel is very clean. Female staff are nice, some of the male waiters were rude and clearly just didn’t want to be there! .Apart from Faruk who is fantastic and the best cocktail barman there! The others don’t put any alcohol in, quite stingy with the measures! The Marlo bar is nice Negatives: Not enough food choice, it’s chicken and rice every night. Food isn’t great unfortunately. Drinks aren’t fantastic either, really depends who’s serving you. Hardly any entertainment in evenings only Friday and Saturday and they don’t start until 10pm. Unfortunately I wouldn’t reccomend this hotel overall and we won’t be visiting again.
