Only breakfast meal was good ..dinner and lunch not have more options..

Client hotel . Didn’t have summer entertainment especially for kids .

Lovely beach setting, lovely hotel and lovely staff who are incredibly accommodating and welcoming. Food was lovely too

Very limited parking. The sea itself was very wavy and not calm - not a fault of the venue of course. But the swimming pools are very small. The private beach is not on the property, it is a few minutes walk away after crossing a residential road at the rear which is not clear from the ad.

Exkluzív, modern és fiatalos szálloda. A személyzet nagyon segítőkész, és mindig figyelik a vendégek kívánságát! A manager személyesen fogadott minket. Szuper a nászutas csomagajánlat. A parton bérelhető privát bungalok fantasztikusak! A partrész és a beach bar nagyon hangulatos. Az ételeknél széles a választék, az italok finomak.

Gyönyörű , csodálatos nyaralàsunk volt❤️ külön köszönet Olgànak és Lejlànak a recepciòròl , a rendkívüli oda figyelésükért , törödésükért !! Szebbé tették a nyaralàsunkat❤️ az étel tökéletes volt!! Nagyon finom és igényes !!! A szoba tisztasága is tökéletes !! Mi mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudjuk, aki csodálatos pihenésre vágyik!!

Yemekler ve temizlik mükemmeldi , çalışanlar çok kibar ve yardımsever, her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar, lobide bulunan içecek kısmında Muhammed bey, Çiğdem hanım ve Semih bey işlerini güler yüzle harika yapıyorlar kendilerine teşekkür ederim, bunun dışında diğer alanlardaki isimlerini hatırlayamadığım diğer arkadaşlarada teşekkür ediyorum çok iyi misafir ettiler bizleri,

Otelde beğenilmeyecek bir kısım yok, sadece kişisel fikrim olarak şunu söyleyebilirim otelin açık havuzu ve yeşil alanı çok küçük, bunun nedeni otelin alanın küçük olması, bir de fiyat performans bakımından otel fiyatı biraz daha aşağı olsa çok daha iyi olabilirdi, yine de çok memnun kaldık.

Szép a szálloda és a tengerparti móló. Bőséges étel és ital választék. Extra juttatásért a mólón van privát box és szerviz. Napközben workshopok, este dj.

Lassú kiszolgálás. A személyzet angol tudása nagyon minimális szintű.

Des l’arrivage l’accueil était super. Le personnelle agréable. La nourriture était bonne niveau goût et qualité. L’hygiène impeccable.

Le seul inconvénient était de devoir traverser une petite rue pour aller à la mer. Et pour les enfants il n’y as pas de toboggan etc. Sinon tout était bien 👍🏻

So just got back this morning and on reflection a generous 7/10 overall. Not a 5 star hotel 4 at best and although clean and well maintained, came across as a bit cramped and especially the rooms which are a lot smaller than expected. On arrival told reception we had upgrade to room with pool view and was then taken to our room on top floor with small brick balcony which to see pool you need to be 6 foot tall to look over. In fairness complained and was moved after two nights to a room the same size but on first floor. Have to say that most but not all the service staff seemed unmotivated and not very friendly, struggled to get a smile from most and communication difficult as hardly any British guests so little English spoken, indeed in 12 days only heard or met two other couples staying that were British, this could be I admit percieved as a good or bad thing. However the above staff motivation comment may come from the fact that the vast majority of guests were Russian and having to deal with these rude, obnoxious and pretencious guests, must be a struggle for the hotel staff on a daily basis. Our first all inclusive holiday and I literally could not believe the food wastage generated every sitting usually by the same suspects ! and I mean full plates not touched piled high with food where I think they never any intention of consuming. Pool is quite small and gets busy with the earlybird towels on beds syndrome each day, But the hotel's Beach Pier is the game changer. Although a short walk from the hotel its top notch, comfortable and relaxing with good music vibes and easy bar and food service on the pier itself. Tip stay on pier till 8pm and watch the sunset along coastline its amazing and for us best time every day. Sad to convey whilst not in hotels control the sea is pretty dirty with suspect pollution and floating plastic litter evident most days and it does become quite choppy. Our last few days there was a five foot swell and as a result the swimming area within the Pier was closed as deemed to dangerous. So would I go back ? Ummmm not sure, I feel like I've been away and enjoyed the sun and relaxed but overal it missed something.
