Wir waren 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Gebucht hatten wir Übernachtung und Frühstück. Das Frühstücksbuffet am 1. Tag war gut. Es gab ausreichend verschiedene Angebote, frisches Obst hätte aber alles noch aufgewertet. Für den 2. Tag wurde seitens des Hotels das Fühstücksbufett aber abgesagt, weil wir die einzigen Gäste waren, das haben wir akzeptiert. Es wurde eine Erstattung von Euro 20,00 zu unseren Gunsten vorgenommen, hierfür ein herzliches Dankeschön an Pavel. Insgesamt war das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und kommunikativ. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das gesamte Personal.

it was a good stay for us that we came to Frankfurt to the book fair, it took us 25 minutes, the rooms are big enough the breakfast very good & the staff is the best always helping us we would love tyo come back next year

1. 퀸사이즈 베드를 신청했는데.. 체크인이 늦어서 그런지 싱글베드 2개 방을 배정받았습니다. 일단 거기서 좀 실망했지만 최근 전시회로 만실인 것을 알기에 따로 얘기하지는 않았습니다. 2. 방에 물도 없고 냉장고도 없고 커피머신, 컵도 없습니다. 친환경이라고 하지만 너무 불편하네요. 3. 조식도 사실 기대이하였습니다. 흔한 베이컨도 없고.. 빵 데우는 오븐이 없어서 아쉬웠습니다. 근처에 있는 다른 호텔들을 고려하면 매력적이지는 않은 것 같습니다.
