Days Inn by Wyndham Lake Point

Nice hotel, a little pricey but bed was comfortable and friensly staff at check-in. There wasn't any breakfast an hour into the breakfast hours but maybe it all got eaten by the early people.

Very average property. I was expecting more for the price I paid. This property was very old and dated. Breakfast was meager. Would give it one star.

Beware Expedia might give you a smoking room without notice. The folks working were nice but very slow moving. The clientele was lots of traveling workmen. The room was standard motel quality. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again but it was the cheapest option. Not much breakfast. But good cheap postcards!

The carpet padding in the room had water damage soaked that was not repaired

My stay was 2 nights, i left 10 dollars for a tip for housekeeping, even though my son and myself, bagged up both trash cans, gathered soiled towels and cleaned up after ourselves. I checked out at 6am and at 8am, i get an sms text message from Days Inn, needing to know when id be checking out! I clicked on something that led me to a tip request, so i sent a 5 dollar tip for front desk. Ive always tipped anywhere I've stayed and never have I been requested to tip. Im a server, myself and that is not what you should do. Even though i did tip them, for nothing they did ir us, I wish I hadn't

Hard to find at night since the lit signs are for a mountain resort by another name. also due to construction, entrance was tricky to navigate. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful with check in. Rooms are dated, and have a stale smoke smell to the beds/bedding

Staff was friendly and prompt. Convienet location and clean.

Heavy traffic on road in front of property. Truck stop close to property full of Trucks. Carpet in room was filthy. Bathroom was clean. Some questionable characters staying there. Staff was friendly.

Service desk was great. However there were some things that occurred on our 5 night stay that weren’t so great. - our room was never serviced once in 5 nights. When asking the front desk (they were excellent btw) they said it should be every other day, which is understandable - however it didn’t happen. We ended up putting our trash outside the door daily to prevent the room from smelling, which they did clean, but not inside the rooms after we checked in. - our AC broke on night 4, which just so happened to be on Saturday night - there were no available rooms as they were sold out, so we slept in an uncomfortable 80 degrees
